Amazing service! I asked what was better, burrito or taco and he said to take the burrito and gave me a free taco anyway!!! So lovely and wanted us to be there. Delicious as well
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! BIGGEST AND BEST MEXICAN SHRIMP COCKTAIL IVE HAD IN SAN DIEGO. OTHER ENTREES AND SALSA IS AWESOME. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
It is now one of my favorite "divey" Mexican food purveyors. Good stuff.
For me the food is always consistently good. I like their green and red sauces a lot. The green salsa is a little unique and that's why I like it. I've been coming here for like 5 years now and it never disappoints for me. I will say that I don't like their guacamole but that might just be my own personal preference and how I like guacamole. Some of the items that are really good are the chicken rolled tacos the chicken flautas The Ranchero burrito and the vegetarian burrito with cauliflower broccoli cheese I would add for me since I'm not a vegetarian I get bacon usually crispy inside of that one. Really do love this place in the owner Robert is always so kind and everyone there is helpful. Hope you'll give it a try and on the plus side it's the local family-owned business
I've been past this place numerous times and thought to myself, "Who the hell names of Mexican food place Ray's?" I've still never been in the joint, but I have now had delivery from Ray's twice via Amazon prime Now.
This is my favorite Mexican food place in town. Reliably good food, service, and sanitation. They give me freebies sometimes, and treat their employees well (a lot have been on for 20 years). Highly recommendable!
