It gets crowded here but the pastries are so good! Parking is a breeze though since it's by the Target. The chocolate bun is the best.

Fresh Bread! I'm glad they opened one near my place since the other location on balboa mesa gets crowded. The quality of the bread is similar to the main branch and the service of the employees is amazing. The only problem I have is that the drinks aren't consistent like others mentioned. I generally come to 85C for the Mountain Green Tea and it's been hit or miss the past few times I came here. I'm hoping after they get settled the drinks will be consistent. Also for those that don't know what to get I would recommend either the Mango or Berry tale for bread and the drink I mentioned earlier.
Coffee is good and a fair price. Their bakery items are fresh each day and there is a good variety. However they run out of my favorite too quickly each day (bacon and cheese baguette). Mondays tend to have a long line in the morning as everyone is getting the Sea Salt coffee, which I hear is extremely good (never had it though).
We've been getting our family's birthday cakes here, they're just as yummy as they are pretty.
Baked goods are undeniably awesome but needs organization big time. Why make your customers stand in line 30-45 minutes holding a tray full of baked goods? That problem can easily be solved. Next time I go there it'll be early upon opening to miss the crowd. You can only test the patience of your customers for so long. Elderly people cannot hold heavy trays and stand that long....
