Hafa adai che'lus!!! We visit San Diego at least once a month from AZ and we always stop in for some home cooked food and island love. It's so good getting Chamorro food while on vacation! Dangkol'u yan si yu'us ma'ase!
Wow! Me and my husband live a few blocks away from this place and everytime I come back from work we pass by it and always wanted to come, well my friends today is the day and I gotta say I had very low expectations and had no idea what I was in for. The place is lovely! Love the atmosphere feels like you are in a completely different place as soon as you step inside, love the koi fish murals all around. The server was amazing! And the food! Oh the food is so good you don't even want to talk you just want to enjoy! My dish was like a party in my mouth and the special sauce they make made everything even more delicious! 12/10 will be our new spot! ❤️❤️❤️
So I thought, and foolishly thought I had good Island food. Well I was very mistaken, and happily mistaken. The place may not look like much from the outside but this is what you would call a hidden gem. It's in an area you wouldn't expect and the food is, well, amazing. The flavors will make you stool and the place setting is beautiful I cannot wait to come back again. I see it all the time but thought it was just sushi, o it is so much more than that. Try it and you will love it, the atmosphere is so chill and the workers are so friendly I will be back!
Great food! The spicy Finadene sauce is amazing! I had a poke bowl and my husband had one of their special plates and everything was amazing. It reminded my husband of his military days when he was stationed in Guam. The decor is outdated and it's hard to find, but worth the find.
