Definitely thorough. Highly recommend. They personally took me out to my car (which they had lifted up) to show me underneath my car and the few bolts that were missing that were supposed to be there holding up my bumper, a small nail in my tire, and then that i was missing a battery harness. There was no particular reason i was bringing in my car other than i had wanted it checked as i had just bought it. The fact that they had only found a few small things out of the 50 point check they had performed shows how thorough they were. It has been a month and a half since i had last brought my car in and everything is running great. Great customer service, and great pricing. Again, definitely recommended.
They included me in the process of the work needed to be done on my car, valued that I already know the issue; they assessed the root cause and fixed it quickly and reasonably priced. The facility was so nice as well to wait in. I highly recommend this place I talked with a guy named David at the front counter
It is very nice and clean in this place. The customer service specialists are very nice and professional. My son took his Infinity for a full diagnostic to see what was wrong and it was reasonably price for the make of the car....
Very professional and very friendly service across the board. We have been coming here almost two years now. They installed a new engine in our Chrysler 300. Top notch service. Very thorough. And, they keep track of product warranties. Recently had to replace a leaky water pump. They let me know it was still under warranty. You can trust the folks at Aero Automotive!
