The owner is a crook that could care less about my situation and I tried to make it cheaper by doing the work. And he seemed to sabotage my new parts. And would not do anything to help me and wanted more money. My new mechanic told me he would have ate the work or Freon and would not have charged 75.00 more dollers to put a small O ring in when thwy tested for leaks and they still didn't catch the leak its their fault and cost me 300.00 for new compreser

I have since double checked the website and they have actually edited the coupon. Rather than admitting to me that the coupon was poorly written and make an exception, they had the audacity to tell me I'm wrong (I am a third year law student, my life is consumed by carefully reading things) and refused to make an exception.
I needed my A/C unit looked at. These guys posted a coupon on their website saying "Complete Evacuate & Recharge Air Conditioning system up to 2 lbs of R134a." I set up an appointment. Check in, the gentleman at the front (he was a nice guy), tells me that he has to charge extra for the R134a, I tell him that the coupon explicitly says its free up to two pounds. I show him the coupon, he agrees its ambiguous and tells me he will verify with the owner. He talks to the owner, comes back and tells me that the owner says its not ambiguous and that he has to charge extra. I ask to talk to the owner. The owner is in a very important "conference call" (complete BS) so I leave and take my business elsewhere.
