BUYER BEWARE and get a second opinion for whatever they quote you on. They are very sketchy.
Charged for repairs and picked up the car still having the same issues and now the instrument panel and power steering don’t work. They worked when I dropped it off and they don’t work when I picked it up. They acted like they were great and were going to fix it then on a day when the owner is gone they tell me they won’t fix it.
I moved to the area from out of state and I am very glad to have a shop that is honest, caring and professional.

When I got upset they were rude and refused to pull my car around. What garage makes you walk two blocks looking for your car? It should be parked on your lot and pulled around for the customer. Lack of basic customer service and fairness.
This shop and team is wonderful. I have an older VW that has constant issues. As a student on a budget with an unreliable vehicle, I am always put at ease working with these guys.
My car made a noise so i brought to Eber st. They had my car for 8 hrs and couldn't figure Out what the issues was so i took it else wEbere, Suspension Plus, and Taylor and the guys immediate realized it was a loose wheel. Ebers didn't even take off my wheels to diagnose a front wheel noise issue. Horrible lazy people is all i can say. Eber st told me it would take less than an hr. I called them 3 times and each time they said they haven't got to my car. They then asked if my only car could stay there over night and then they could figure it out tomorrow and i reminded him that he said it would take less then an hr to diagnose my car so he said he will get on it now and at 5:15pm after they closed my car was diagnosed as "no idea what's wrong with it". I will never go back to Eber st garage. I feel they are lazy and don't care for the customer.
Very trust worthy. We have been taking our cars to their garage for check ups and service and every time we are 100% satisfied!
