Staff is very kind and professional. I've had a root cana, multiple crowns and cleanings done. They are always gentle, and I'm always pain free whenever I'm done. Zero billing issues or problems of any kind. I'd recommend them to anybody.
I appreciated the time he (and the financial coordinator) spent helping me understand what was happening in my mouth (and with my benefits). This office is honest and I trust them with my dental health!
They told me I needed a crown after doing their x-ray. The day of the procedure they changed their story and claimed I needed a root canal. My bill went from $500 to $1300. I called and told them I won't do the root canal, but they charged me for it anyway altho they haven't done anything. I've to dispute that charge with my credit card. This place stresses me out too much. Stay away.
I've had a great experience here multiple times, had two crowns done here and I absolutely love them. I will definetly be back!
This the nicest and cleanest dental office I've ever stepped foot in, hands down. On top of that, Dr. Alvarado really takes the time to explain everything in detail. So many times I've been to a dental office that just wants to see me as fast as possible and I kind of felt like just a number, but you can tell that Dr. Alvarado and his staff take their time and are genuinely looking out for your best interests. I was impressed to learn the incredible time and effort in training that Dr. Alvarado put in after he finished dental school too - four extra years of oral surgery and dental implant training?! It's good to know that if I ever lose a tooth and need an implant, I'll definitely be in good hands. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough about Dr. Alvarado and the staff. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, everything was explained in detail. I know some people are upset when they are expected to pay for a non covered, but that's got to do with your insurance, not the office! Dr. Alvarado explained why I needed a "Deep cleaning" (to help my gums and avoid bone loss). He also helped me plan which teeth I should address first, since I had let my dental visits lapse and I was in serious need of an intervention.
