The staff of dentists and DHs are great. The front office staff is rude and not accommodating. Its none of your business why I need to reschedule my appointment! If the front office was as professional as the dentists, my kids would still be going there.
Great experience! The staff is amazing. Our assistant Marissa was just wonderful, she is absolutely great with kids and actually remembers every little detail about the family. We had all our questions answered and concerns addressed. They manage to make the whole experience so fun, that my daughter is actually looking forward to her dentist's visits.
If I had to pick one word to describe Dr. J and all the fabulous people at Scripps Pediatric it would be FANTASTIC! My two daughters, ages 9 and 7, have been going to Dr. J for just over two years and were so comfortable right from the start. They both were extremely nervous about going to the dentist (some not so relaxing prior experiences) and everyone in the office made them so comfortable! They love being able to watch their movies while getting their cleanings done. This past week, I had to take my youngest in to get two teeth extracted. Dr. J and his staff were phenomenal when explaining everything to her and making it as enjoyable of an experience as it could have been. I was more nervous than she was :) If you are in the market for a dentist for your child, look no further!! You will not regret it at all!!
Scripps Pediatric Dentistry is AMAZING! This is not just a dentist office for children, it’s a learning experience. Dr. J and his staff take the time to explain the proper type of care for your child and give you techniques and ideas to help make it a better experience in the office and at home. All of the staff is great but the technician we worked directly with was Vanessa and she was EXCEPTIONAL! She answered all my questions with the same confidence and knowledge that Dr. J did. She also kept my little one happy and occupied with books and toys which made her feel at ease in such a new environment. I highly recommend this practice for anyone that wants their child to have a wonderful experience every time they go to the dentist.
Great kid friendly clinic. Being a first time parent, I was a little skeptical on how a 1 year old is handled. Not anymore! Dr.J is a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor. His staff are friendly and professional, especially Vanessa, she was amazing!!
