Dr. Kim has been my doctor for several years now. She has always been very kind to me and always spends time going over any questions I have. She has always been willing to work with me to refer my to any specialist that I need to see. I completely trust her and feel very safe in her care.
We all have off days, so I try not to let first impressions sway me too much. However, both my encounters with Dr. Kim were unpleasant. She was dismissive of my concerns and made rude comments during my appointments. Maybe she doesn't have bad intentions, but is just unaware of how she comes across to her patients. Either way, I will not be visiting Dr. Kim again.
After meeting several Doctors I made an appointment to see Dr. Kim. I went online and completed a request for consult. Within no time someone from her office called me. She was really friendly and I got a good vibe. I arrived at my appointment and the office was very clean and modern. The staff were extremly nice. I had a great consult and because I scheduled my surgery within 30 days I received a discount. Dr. Kims rates where higher then other Doctors however, because I felt comfortable with her and the facility I didn't mind paying more money. My surgery went well and I am 2 weeks post op and feeling wonderful. I want to thank Dr. Kim and her staff for the wonderful experiance and would recomment for your breast aug. I would also like to thank the staff at the surgery center. They have called to check on me several times.
