Bedside manner is offensive and you if you ask questions, Dr. Muldoon is quick to dismiss you as an idiot.
Parking is horrible. Office staff are historically unfriendly and unhelpful. Office waiting area is not conducive for comfortable waiting. The patients who see these doctors are here for bad hips and knees and the chairs are so close that they cannot accommodate walkers or wheelchairs. A mostly elderly population is seen for care here and I've watched elderly, feeble people struggle to get doors open, move chairs and try to maneuver in this horrible area and staff don't bother to get up and help. It's quite disappointing. Although, once you see the doctor, Dr. Muldoon and his P.A. Kellie Johnson are OUTSTANDING! But everyone else in the office is not.
The worst doctors office. No one returns calls. I've been waiting for a test to be scheduled for over a month, and no one will return calls. I'm supposed to have a follow up appointment to review a test I never had- and can't get a follow up call.
If you can see another physician- don't go to Muldoon, find someone interested in care.
Dr. Muldoon, Kelly his PA and all of his staff are top notch professionals. I had both knees replaced, the right one on 26 April 2016 and the left one on 26 July 2016. There were no problems encountered. Sharp Hospital and their staff were also superb. All I can say now is I went to the driving range. I didn't hit the ball any further and I didn't hit the ball any straighter, but there was no PAIN when I hit the ball. I was able to dance around the kitchen with my wife to our favorite tunes again with no pain. Huge SUCCESS. Thank-you Dr. Muldoon and your staff.
