After several weeks passed, we were told the loan was moving forward and we had documents to sign. I read the documents that have a 5% interest rate with a 20% down payment on the home. The documents do not show that $5,000 Earnest money was paid several weeks earlier. Out of pocket costs soared to over $65,000.

I have documented the entire ordeal beginning with a quoted a 4.3% interest rate that was jacked up to 5% when signing to being told I overpaid by $2700 and receiving an overpayment check for $1033--and everything in between. I asked to have my agent replaced many times because of her lies and incompetence and the request was denied by Chris Burke. Among the many issues:

Wish I could give less than one star....

I just went through an incredibly painful experience buying a home because of the gross incompetence of this company. Because there were so many errors, miscommunications, outright lies and unnecessary inconveniences, Tim Larin called me the end of September--he had heard about my experience. I told him I was about to send the CEO an email and he said it would have gone to him anyhow so not to bother. Unfortunately, after talking to Tim at length he said he would get back to me by the end of that week—in September. Never did. I emailed two weeks later asking for a follow-up (this was 10/11). He said he was getting off a plane and would call the next day. I have never heard back from him. I sent him another email. His lack of communication wasn’t unexpected. This has been my entire experience with IFFG.

I was asked for earnest money in the amount of $5,000. I transferred the money and IFF lost it. It wasn't until after close that they found where the money went and reimbursed me and only after I told them they lost my money

Jake Jones was my contact for Integrity First. After some detailed discussion about my financial situation, Jake funded the appraisal on the front end because my money was so tight that I couldn't even do that. But it paid off because my home appraised $10,000 more than we thought it would. With the re-fi I was able to pay off all my credit cards...what a feeling!!! It would not have been thinkable without Jake's expertise. Plus I had some left over for a fence around my property, which my dog and I are very happy about. I now can pay my bills every month instead of juggling them. That hasn't been possible for years....thanks Jake!

All was timely and done with attention to detail relating to continuous communications. One issue arose just after closing regarding the payment of flood insurance. Integrity covered the cost. Then, after closing and when the loan was sold to Wells Fargo, the escrow for the flood insurance was not credited properly. However, again, Integrity cleared it up once it was brought to their attention.

I had a wonderful experience with Integrity. Traci was incredible and really did an excellent job helping me get my home. I would recommend her to anyone trying to purchase a home. She really knows her job.

We got documents that indicated the 4.3% interest rate and 10% down.

I was told out of pocket costs would be around $35,000. They ended up over $60,000

I could go on and on...The closing date was delayed. The seller threatened to cancel the deal and this is just the beginning. I think their bait and switch tactics are unethical if not illegal. I think it’s funny that integrity is even in their name.

We had an excellent loan officer Ashley who was very knowledgeable, experienced, and answered every question and concern we had. She was always available to get in touch with. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely use them again!

I sent over all the requested documents on the day they were requested—including bank statements, W2’s, payroll statements for 3 months. I was ask for all these documents again---and again. A total of three separate times. They lost them.
