When I confront their rude as hell customer service department about it politely and tactfully, they tried to refute the fact that its happening altogether.

4) "Well maybe its could be your computer and electrical system"-LOL yeah unlikely on a 2013 Fusion.

3) "Well maybe your ignition systems bad" Uhhhh No sorry yeah 3 different independent and certified mechs tested it and umm sorry its all good ya nice try but.....

Who knows we might actually be able to get something done like well wishful thinking here but lets see, FIX THE DAMM PROBLEM!!!!

This company do car loans, and today 6/20/2016 this company repo a car from a cancer patient, and her family. Left them on the side of the road , she meaning the patient have been in talks with the company, and told them she would have the payment in on Wednesday 6/22/2201.They could not waite and took the car while the was at the beach, were she was explaining to her boyfriend, that the cancer is back, i will be taking all my money out, and move to a company that cares for other human beans.

Got any more excuses or cop outs?? Yeah thought not. so now that we've established that im being wronged for no reason yeah im thinking about talking to an attorney since we have an obvious breach of contract among other things so my advice to Lincoln Financial Services in San Diego is please call me Tomorrow so we can possibly resolve this.

This company is the most unprofessional, irresponsible, rude, finance company I've ever had. "Customers always wrong"

They are a interesting group of people todo business with you can't pay online and there "contracts " you signed are forever changing depending on who you talk too

I sent in my payment and they are saying they didn't receive nothing. I was working out of town when one of my coworkers calls me to notify me my car is being taken. This will not stay like this I'm not paying for the report or nothing I have proof of my payment and everything this will proceed to court !

2) "Well it could be your starter"-Wrong again had it tested also brand new nice try though.

I've never been any more than 1 day late on my payments since ive had my car (6 MONTHS) and since that time 3 months ago when my payment was 1 day late, I get 15 days out from when my payment is due, and Lincoln Financial Turns the ignition off in my car BEFORE the payment is due??
