I am submitting this review as a current employee that see's how the company actually works and I can honestly say that Lobel Financial is among the best of the best indirect non-prime lenders in the market today.
Have rude customer service, this is a company that you should not deal with, half the reviews on here seem fake for them. Once i am done dealing with my loan with them i will deferentially be taking matters into my own hands to insure they do not treat other costumers the way they do, one of their assistants, Rebecca s assistant to be exact is one of the biggest c**** i have ever dealt with before and she should not have a job in a company that requires you to talk to people. She was very rude and illiterate
A lot of people complain about other branches, but it's prolly people who don't pay there bills on time and try to get passes. I've bin paying my Bills on time on my car for almost two years, never had I had an issue with payments nor insurance. 5 stars.
I have dealt with other company's, but Lobel financial is the best I have come across with. They arent quick to jump to repo, they work with you. I would recommend Lobel to anyone.
