Great experience at Jerome’s! Michael remembered us from a previous visit and was extremely helpful. He even had members of the delivery team come out and show us how to connect our previously purchased sectional so we could move it easily to our new home. Great customer service!
I love the modern, simplistic furniture. Prices are lavish, but I hope the quality lives up to the price. I came here last night for a yelp event. I fell in love with a few rooms and looks and plan on going back. The showroom was spacious and allows you to walk through without bumping things and people. Great location and friendly people as well.
Gab was our salesperson and he was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. He let my husband and I roam the store and he did not make us feel pressured at all. I can't stand high pressure sales situations, and much to my surprise and delight, that did not occur at all! We ended up coming back for a beautiful coffee table that will be a perfect addition to our home.
As a sales rep I strongly suggest management calls a meeting with their sales team regarding their job as a sales rep. Every walk-in is an opportunity to close a deal however, it seems as though the staff working tonight had never heard that. Not only were we not approached as a potential client we weren't even greeted by the sales associates who saw us walk in. My husband and I walked around the showroom floor for close to a hour and found a couch and bed set we loved yet we ended up walking out without purchasing anything. Although we could have requested assistance we decided to head to another furniture store.
Right when I walked in the door we were greeted by Jose. He was very friendly and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable while lookin around. Offered us water and snacks. He was very helpful in the hole process. We found some beautiful furniture. Jose is one of the best salesman here at Jerome’s. Thanks Jose because of you we will be enjoying some beautiful furniture.
