This hospital has really gone downhill as of late. Hopefully when the new hospital opens up, things will get better. They have some wonderful nurses and doctors, but Kaiser as an organization seems to not care about their patients.
They r telling a seriously ill patient she has to leave the hospital and have outpatient testing in order to be diagnosed. Unfathomable
Came To The Hospital Because I Had Cronic Chest Pains And Shortness of Breathe. I Still waited in the ER for 3 hours, with No Medicine or ease for the pain. I finally get called back i to a room and im crying telling the nurse im in pain. She didn't even know i was in the room for about 15 minutes . I had to step out the room to inform her that I was in there , something the NURSE should've DONE. im asking for something TO ease my chest pains they're chronic and sharp . Yeet , i have to wait on a doctor to be assigned which shall take another 3 hours.
Regional Kaiser Hospital very busy but high level of care
My mother is never coming back to this hospital ever again. Im changing the insurance she's had for over a decade . The ambulance staff is rude, the nursing staff just lied to me and are also rude. If everyone is lucky, I will be able to take her home tonight. This will be the last time we pay Kaiser to mistreat us.
