No pressure to buy. Pleasant and honest sales workers. After a frustrating experience at Kay's we tried Ben Bridge. I wanted a tungsten ring and as a bride that is very unusual. However they couldn't care less if I wanted a tungsten ring and were happy to show me whatever I wanted to try on. The sales workers in every other jeweler I shopped at pressured me to buy diamond or gold or told me that tungsten rings were not available in my size (I have small fingers). I was able to find the ring I wanted and ordered it in my size. Ben Bridge did not carry a specific ring my husband wanted but explained that the ring had poor reviews and recommended to avoid buying that ring from anyone. We greatly appreciate the honesty!
Ben Bridge is one of my favorite stores in Fashion Valley. They have a wonderful knowledgeable caring staff. Irma has been assisting me for almost 20 years. Carlos, their manager is the nicest and kindest person in the entire mall!
