My wife and I took an outdated family heirloom to Jared's to have it custom-made into a more contemporary diamond ring. The final product was fantastic and exceeded our wildest expectations. Nancy, David and Harvey were very helpful and could not have been more gracious.

Apparently getting rings serviced is too complicated for this location. Took 30 minutes to intake the rings with proper information, and when I went to pick them up - several days after I was told they would be ready - one of the rings was scuffed and looked messy. I pointed out the problem to the staff and agreed to come back in an hour so the problem could be fixed. Got back, and ring was still not fixed. I had to leave it again, and the staff said to me, "I have no idea when it will be ready." Seriously? I did mention that the rings needed to be ready for our WEDDING CEREMONY coming up, but that seemed to enter one ear and exit the other. Oh, and their sale was pushed onto me multiple times while I waited for assistance each time I entered the store. I'll take the long drive to another location to avoid using this one.
