Unicorn Jewelry created the perfect engagement ring, custom wedding band from my great grandmothers wedding ring and after 9 years was able to replace my husbands wedding band after he lost it. The staff are professional and very responsive. I was so sad when my husband lost his ring but with their help it is as if it were never lost. My husband and I live in Seattle but will still go back to Unicorn for our jewelry needs.

I lost a small diamond in my ring and I brought it in to get it replaced. When we bought the ring, Unicorn told me that they would replace any small diamonds if they fell out. I brought it into today and they told me they wouldn't replace it. They claimed a prong broke because I mis treated my ring. Well, they went back in their promise. I wanted to double check with other jewerlers if that was the case that a prong broke, and they all told me no. That the craftmanship was poor qaulity. Not only did they go back on their promise the lady was VERY rude and lecturing to me. I am very disspointed Unicorn.
