very disappointed I got sick was put in hospital feb 9th they said not pay for first week . Fine I get it . then come march they ask for up date because another issue accured they didn't pay 1st week of the next month and the 3rd month i have not got paid at all. Back to work. But 2 months still no pay ans yes all forms in . Now they are saying one week no pay that month also. This is not free money I pay in to this I expect help when needed. What a rip off
Cannot reach a human being. After navigating through countless touchtone menus, you're told "the maximum amount of callers has been exceeded, please call back. Goodbye". And this is after calling back in the "low call traffic hours". The whole system is a joke. Trying to get online forms and the search function has given an error for days. There's no functionality. Garbage system.
My gripe is with the so called help line. It's a joke. The line is always busy and you cannot get thru. With regards to the office people, I've been there once and they were helpful the time of my visit. It almost looks to me like they want people to go to their offices instead of helping people over the phone.
In my case, at this point, my only requirement is for me to answer one question which I'm sure I can answer over the phone instead of me going to the office and wasting my time and their time.
Worked directly with Todd Jager at this office after website would not accept my personal information. He gave me his time, attention and cell #. Helped me file and fill out the necessary forms every month. It was still a tedious process I had to constantly stay on top of, but if not for Todd would have been a totak mess. Thank you fir your help
Positive all the 1-stars are from people expecting no wait for free money. This place is great. Most people I saw were rude, half crazy or system abusers. The staff is helpful if you're not an a-hole and they appreciate you being nice and will help extra! The wait is not long, even when it's crowded. Been here a few times.
They did give me a direct number to call (thru email; I have an online profile now) but the number is not a valid one so I had to resort to the 1-800... which, again, is useless. This is our tax money at work!!! No accountability whatsoever!!!
