I've called CPS on a relative due to that what she had been doing with her kids was bad. leaving them alone at night the oldest is 13 now and a 7yr and a 5yr. i was not the only one in the family doing this. CPS got involved and when they went to check up on her everything was fine but came tuesday, thursday, friday saturday and sunday. poor kids were alone. now my cusin the father is locked up worse thing is the mom is now locked up for serious charges. let's see how CPS helps or makes things worse for kids.
