I was with them for 2 months, I'm about to vacate this month. Nothing to complain about this place, It's clean, easy access, and it's right next to a police station. Before I rented the storage I looked for prices and based off of 4 other places in the area this storage place had the most reasonable rate.
day one my experience was great! Every time I go into office or call I receive great customer service, the facility itself is centrally located and clean. If I ever need a storage again I will for sure use them.
I've used a few storage areas and wasn't impressed with this one. Staff just okay, not very friendly. My storage unit wasn't a true 5x5, instead 5x4, but I still paid for a 5x5. Never could find the cart to move my things and when I asked staff they said look around for one. I never did find one and had to drag my boxes out.
