Inspect every item their movers transport and hold them accountable on the spot for any damages that occurred. There is no accountability or professionalism that I have experienced so far with this moving company.

We want to acknowledge the outstanding moving job and hard work carried out by both Audie and Trey. Both men handled our furnishings and family mementos with much care and efficiency. They knew just how to prepare, protect and handle all the odd-sized and heavy items. Both men were very kind, and Audie carried out each task and paperwork with precision.
This company transported my mattress, bed and sofa (2) miles for ($250.00) which in my opinion was extremely high, however I didn't want to move it so I hired "professionals." Somehow the movers managed to rip/burn my leather sofa and cause a strap indentation on the back from what appears to be a strap that was far too tight and not protected, in addition, these two damages are permanent.

Moreover, attempting to get this situation resolved and/or answers this company is elusive and nothing short of unprofessional.
I won't use this company's service in the future, nor can I recommend it to other viable customers like me. I am very unhappy with my service 05/31/17 and asked if a manager would call me. The company did not reply. Specifically, I wanted to understand why my service, a further distance, on 10/06/16 (see below) and with significantly more furniture to move, cost less ($417.00) than my move on 05/31/17 (see below), a shorter distance ($486.00). It is an overage of $69. I asked if I may be credited this amount. I asked this as an exception - as an act of customer good will and retention:
Remarkable service. Jay and Horacio were saints, they took such great care with our stuff. They even brought a little box for our kids. Our whole family was nervous about moving out of our apartment and into our first home but they made everything seamless. 10/10
PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!! If you receive the same type of service that did; here is what you can expect. Furniture pads and shrink wrap will be a main selling point but, the movers DON'T USE THESE. They handle your furniture with THE LEAST CARE and your BOXES WILL BE FLIPPED in every direction. Movers will FLIRT with you, hint at making back alley SIDE DEALS with you and will slowly, slowly, SLOWLY MOVE a one bedroom dwelling TWO BLOCKS over a FOUR HOUR period. Your dresser drawers will be missing items and whats left will look like someone was searching through your things. Trust me when I tell you there are better options out there. Find a professional moving services. This one is for the birds.
It's nearly impossible to get resolution to this situation as they don't respond to calls, emails or text. They gave me a phone number to text images to, which I have done (4) times since June, with NO response or confirmation they received the information. When I get the answering service they are absolutely no assistance and informed me they have not received the pictures they requested.
ALERT! DAMAGED FURNITURE AND RADIO SILENCE FROM COMPANY FOR 2 MONTHS!!
Upon arrival, they made certain that each piece of furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it. We hope that they both receive company recognition for their fine workmanship. They and the fine office staff including Guizel, know and care about the business of moving with CARE!!
