I've rated it one star because if I could rate it as no star that would be the rating. This is the worst company. Once I went to return something in the la jolla location in San diego and they didn't let me and the lady there said if you've worn it then we can't return it . Seriously how else would I know if i didn't wear it. after an argument for almost half an hour about me wanting my money back they let me have a merchandise credit. And I should have never done that either because their costumer service is really bad. Another time is when I wanted to use that merchandise card for a shoe I liked for Christmas. So I went there and I told her I want to do the order, but I didn't have my merchandise on me she said if you can come in later and bring it in but if you want we can go over your info. My address has changed so we changed it and then I left . The nxt day I went and I wanted to do the order we did it and it was all good thinking that the address was changed since she changed it already turns out she didn't. I couldn't call that time of the day it was night already so I sent an email and I called the nxt day . And the funny part is that she said we can't help you its already been shipped you have to do another order if you want it by Christmas and you have to pay because it will take ten days for it to return back to the warehouse again. I didn't want to pay because I've already paid too much for the shoe. And the shoe wasn't even shipped yet!!! She lied to me that it was shipped and I didn't get the email confirmation until later at night that it was shipped. And now I've been calling their company and no one is answering. I'm never buying anything from this shoe store. ALDO is way better at treating costumers even tho its pricy too but at least you get a good costumer service and they help you out

I felt like they didn't have a good selection of shoes or sizes... prices were also more of normal then discounted. They have a lot of chucks/toms like shoes, the flat type. There are no sizes under 6... and if you find a 6 it's the floor model. They need a better selection of sizes.
Not many size options. I ordered a pair of shoes online only to find out they are totally different color from what was described online.
