They organize group running activities 4 times in a week. It is fun and good chance to run together with other runners. Mick is helpful and welcoming to everybody who wants to run together.
These guys offer lots of good advice and no high-pressure like the RR big box store. They help you make a good choices and the products sell themselves. Also my mom has a severe foot injury and they helped her find the perfect shoes and she's never been happier or less pain-free.
