Great comfortable shoes
Omg. I just walked in and got ignored. No acknowledgment what so ever. The employee went and talked to the female customer then he went behind the counter and just moved things around. I walked out. Did he not acknowledge me because I'm a big guy? I was planning on buying a couple pairs of shoes. Not now.
Despite the fact that one of the employees is a lovely person and takes a great deal of time with a customer, they got my orthotic completely wrong. I paid a lot of money for it and now I have to get another one -- for more money. At least this time I'll go to someone who knows what they are doing. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ORTHOTICS!
Great store I called around and Rachel answered my technical questions then and there after she took the time and trouble to fit me with 5 pairs of NB shoes of which I bought the 5th pair.... you can buy shoes elsewhere but you will never get the knowledge and 30 years experience they have. I’ll never go anywhere else
