Plenty of free parking. Hours or work very convenient: from early in the morning till 10 at night.
I called to ask if they could check to see if they had a couple of styles in stock. The girl that answered the phone told me to call back after an hour. She didn't ask if I would please call back in an hour. She told me to call back in an hour. She said that the store was really busy and they'd have coverage then. And before I could say anything, she hung up. I had already called a few local retail and outlet stores. All of them provided excellent customer service. This store could use some assistance in that department. Also, it would be nice if you could check Skechers store inventory online.
I usually go to this store to buy sport shoes. There is a great selection and prices are very low. In addition they also give you some discounts for the next purchase. Usually my bf is buying shoes here (Steve madden or similar designers) Quality is not very good but prices are awesome
Went to this store looking for some shoes since I work in a hotel a block away and we have a discount...I walked in 3 employees hanging at the register, one of them said hi, then that is it, they never ask me if I need help..I was totally ignored, then 3 ladies walked in and they were greeted and welcome, so I decided to leave..no costumer service.
The manager was super nice with me when I came back to return my sneakers event without my receipt. Excellent customer service experience
