Staff is very compassionate and attentive to your needs. I walked in expecting mediocre service, but I was given professional and detail assessment which focused on my need. Quite clean and friendly atmosphere. For example, I was led to believe I could not wear nail polish on my toes, however, your staff directed me to a selection of anti-fungal polish, Yes!!!! Now I am confident and taking advantage of using polish. In addition, I was given guidance on how to apply my prescription fungus medicine, and the proper socks to wear, the proper method to sanitize my shoes and also disinfecting towels used on my feet. I was genuinely taken aback by how good the service was.
Having experienced considerable pain and discomfort with my feet for many years; I was relieved to have been referred to the Active Foot Store by a leading sports medicine practitioner from UCSD. Dr. Jack Reingold, at the Active Foot Store, crafted an excellent pair of orthotics that helped me tremendously.
I appreciated the great customer service when I took my elderly mother to Active Footh Store and Spa. Marina was helpful and patient. Her kindness helped my mother find a couple pairs of shoes that she loved. While we were there, we also took advantage of the foot spa. From proper fitting shoes to foot care, the service experience was outstanding!
Courteous, helpful staff. Dr. Reingold's does an excellent job of fitting orthotics to challenging feet that require orthotic adjustments over time (which he is very willing to do). I highly recommend this store and professional service for orthotics.
