Horrible vet. Our dog broke her leg and needs a splint change every week. We’ve had to return multiple times because the splint was too loose. Yesterday we paid for a splint change and today the splint fell off due to being too loose again. So we returned to to have it fix and they charged $50 again. Even though it is their fault it fell off. He main vet argued with me and said she had no proof it was a new splint. Except for the printed receipt I had and it being on file. So I guess I was wrong. Never returning and highly recommend no one goes to their business unless it’s an emergency of course.
Had an issue with my newly adopted pet, and they were able to take me in immediately. You can tell everyone there loves the animals that they care for, and they have the treatments to match. They were able to quickly resolve and treat my pet's illness. Definitely making this my go to vet for the future.
B Street is the best! Whenever my dog had an urgent problem they allowed us to drop in and get her seen right away. Recently they helped nurse her to the end of her life from heart failure. They did their best for Sasha and our family at a reasonable cost, and also gave us the straight story when we asked if it was time to let go, putting us in touch with a wonderful home euthanasia vet who came to our home so she could have a happy, peaceful end to her life. I will definitely bring all of my future pets here.
The vets here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I love how it feels like a mom and pop vet. They took great care of my kitty who had urinary and kidney problems. His care was very costly (in the $thousands) but they were very willing to work with me to make it more affordable so I could give my kitty the care he needs. They did have several errors in communication between the desk staff and the vets, as well as vet to vet that resulted in even more miscommunication between B street and the VCA Hospital (where they refer overnight patients). However, the errors were made in good faith and they took the time to address my concerns after they occurred. I will be back here.

THE SECOND REVIEW IS REDICKULES. SMALL FACILITY? LACK OF? RUDE RECEPTIONEST. WHO CARES ABOUT SIZE AND PARKING? AND I CAN TELL I WOULD BE RUDE TO THE PERSON THAT REVIEW ALSO. DR. OLSSON IS AWESOME SHE IS A EXCELLENT DR. AND SPENT HER TIME HANDELING THINGS I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAPABLE OF DOING MYSELF. THAT SHOWS HER COMPASION. B STREET VETERINARIAN DOES NOT NEED MY BUSINESS. THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THERE PETS. NOT ABOUT HOW MANY PARKING SPACES THE HAVE. I GOT SOME BAD NEWS TODAY. BUT COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH B STREET VETERINARIAN.
