They don't deserve 1 star, actually. They deserve a Jail for selling a bad cars for good people. Please, change your name business for BAD GUYS!
Terrible experience! I saw two different vehicles posted not only on their website but on Craigslist as well. Both vehicles had been sold without updating their site/posts. Then when we were interested in another vehicle on site, we were told they can't work with us, despite being owners of our own business. Poor salesmanship and poor detailing in their vehicles. Unless you have top credit and lots of cash on hand, don't bother.
Called them all day on a Monday; spoke with different people giving them a run down of my situation. Was TOLD getting paid cash WOULDN'T be a problem. Waited all day to be told no. They say $199 down $399 down no matter what; only to be told they wanted $3,500 down. I understand WAC. But don't advertise saying everyone is approved. False advertisement. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Bought my third car here today. They have had that one car I am looking for every time. Service is at the top from the entire team but Sam the sales guy is just exceptional.
I haven't even step foot in this dealership they just have 1000+ spam posts on craigslist. you can see for yourself when you type in "good guys auto sales" on cars+trucks search. It is also pretty evident that they have a lot of fake reviews. what kind of low life primates run this place anyways?
