- Payments: I had gave them authorization to automatically withdraw money from our account. That was a huge mistake! the second or third payment they ran it twice. I brought it to their attention and tried to tell me that payments were due that i was behind which was false because a) the payments were "automatic" b) I was barely in my secord or third payment. Later in the loan, I did fall behind because of my job status. But I got a good job and started making up the payments (in cash) big mistake. They "lost" two of my payments, the only two payments I paid in cash. Although they gave me receipts, I misplaced them and couldnt prove it with them but I found the atm withdrawal that was next to their dealer that I did to pay them. They denied it and I had to pay them or they were going to take away my vehicle.
Ok so this is a long time coming. I went to Siry because they promise to work with me and my credit. That they did.The only person that looks like she knows what she is doing and is possibly the only good thing about Siry is Vivi because she will work with you and your payments. But I have a laundry list of things that made my experience go bad.
Customer service this dealer is one of the best in San Diego they are very honest. they do a fully inspection on all the cars all the cars are cleaned well maintained end they check their cars before they leave the lot they make sure the customers are very happy thanks to John Raymond Siry and everyone works there. Carfax on all their cars peace of mind .
Small car lot with way to many cars for size. Mostly higher mile cars. Maybe ok place if really need help financially or something, but I'm sure you'll pay for it
I would recommend Siry to anyone looking for a great vehicle search and buying experience. Nice folks and easy to talk to while going through a purchase process.
- False hope: So finally tear and wear came along to my nissan. I called them to see if they can help me with a loan to repair my vehicle. The main guy told me to do some auto repair credit that he swore i would get easily. That was a lie. I was rejected sinking my credit score even lower. I called and text and never heard back from them. Now my truck sits in the driveway and I have a huge debt.
I don't know how they do it regardless of your credit they will get you financed at a very fair credit percentage rate. This place is awesome a lot of nice cars and very good prices
I was looking for a particular vehicle and from start to finish, they made the buying experience simple and straightforward. I traveled from out of state to confirm the condition of the vehicle. They arranged an inspection opportunity and financing options for me should the vehicle meet my needs. It did and they were able to take care of extra upgrades / aftermarket items I wanted.
Lesson: Don't buy a car from Siry. No matter how good it looks, if your instintcs say dont buy it. Listen to it.

- Unprofessional: First off, when I called Siry to pick up the truck. John was very unprofessional by cursing. I mean who does that?! The main guy, called me a liar because I told him of all the wrong things the car had when I bought it. If im lying than i guess everyone in here that complained about the same thing are liars because Siry "sells quality vehicles."
- Vehicle: I chose a 2006 Nissan Xterra. It looked clean. Until I test drove. You can tell that the suspension were bad. But stupid me I figured as long as we get a car. Then there was the high oil pressure which the mechanic that test drove with us promised its normal. I took it to a nissan dealer and told us that wasnt normal without even me asking. When I was about to drive off with the car. The car didnt turn on, the mechanic told me it was because it hasn't moved for months. I knew that was a lie but again, i just needed a car to do my work.
