The worst experiece I have ever had buying anything. If you want to be treated like a child and have no say or opinion, this is the dealer for you. They have a really good selection of vehicles and the dealer and staff were really nice but the manager is on a power trip and thinks he can disrespect people at will. Will not have my business and I will notify other people of this type of manager that doesn't deserve to work at this place. I really think that the staff deserve a better manager so they can make more money from commissions but unfortunately the manager literally takes that from them by his actions. This happened on 07/06/17 at 6pm
I walked in without a reservation and got a Uhaul truck in less than 10 min, very friendly and professional people.
Worst customer service you can get. The only one that is trust worthy is Jimmy. I bought 2 cars from them and paid cash for them. The first car was good went back as a loyal customer thinking that they would take goid care of me since I bought a car from them and nope they sold me a car with problems they told me they would fix it and nothing. They were replacing the parts that the car needed with junk yard parts. Then they told me they were going to take it into the honda dealership and they would have my car parked in the back of they're car lot for a week them they called saying our car was ready. So we pick up our car dirty filthy as them for paperwork and they said they didn't have it. I had to pay out of pocket to get my car fix. This so called dealership is a joke with customer service and all of above...
Wow....Didn't expect to find a great dealership with no frills and great deals in this location. Ask for Ray. He is trustworthy and is all.about making the customer happy. I just bought a 2015 Ford Explorer for under BB.
I first corresponded with Tepito Auto Sale through e-mail, inquiring about a vehicle they had for sale. They were prompt and courteous with their responses and respected a sales price even though I could not make the trip out to them until after the sale was over. When I eventually made the trip out, I was met by a kind representative who took me around the car and on a test drive, then made quality small-talk with the friendly manager while signing all necessary paperwork. My experience at Tepito Auto Sales was simple and efficient, I hate to see their star rating so low based on only one facet of their business (Uhaul). I would recommend this dealer to a friend without hesitation.
