We had made it to San Diego on our road trip from Houston and started to have some issues with our '07 Suburban on Friday afternoon around 3pm - we were planning on starting our trip back home the following morning so we were frantically searching for assistance - after being tuned away by 4 Chevy dealerships in the San Diego area we found Rod at Joes Auto Repair on Rosencrans - he diagnosed the problem and promised to have us on our way as early as possible the following morning - he did as promised at a very reasonable price - I would recommend them to anyone - Thanks Rod
I procrastinate. My battery needed to be changed awhile ago. This morning the battery wasn't having it. I went to the NEX Auto Port for some help and they forgot about customer service and I left. Walked over to Joe's and explained the situation. One of the techs drove me to my car, (in front of the NEX auto port) helped me jump it, I took my car to their shop and within 10 minutes checked my oil, filled my tires with air and matched the NEX's price for the battery and changed it for me. When you think all is lost, go talk to Rod at Joe's Auto Repair. He's a standup guy who cares.
