Call one time to see if they were open and I get a smart ass response, I wouldn't advise going to a place with that kind of customer service.....
This place is Horrible.. I called to inquire about repairs and asked for the owner himself, its a preference. A RUDE guy on the other side Asked me "what do you need, what do you need?" it was frustrating and REALLY annoying. i just hung up on him. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Great guys that know their jobs and fix it fast.( 2 hour for changing my axle and BELT).
These guys are fantastic. They saved me when the mechanic nextdoor cancelled my appointment and shut the door in my face. They are good, honest, and take care of their customers.
You can not find any repair shop better than this. I had a problem with my car and I took it to pep boys and dealer. They tried to charge me for 1000 dollar for a small problem. But they fixed my car for 190. Can you believe it? Less than 20 percent.
I could find nowhere worse than this. I might send my volvo s40 to their shop if all the auto repair shops in the world were shut down!
I called them when my car died and they told me it was the problem with the alternator, and they could definitely fix it since it was not difficult at all. Then I towed my car there. I kept calling for pricing for more than 2 hours!! They just answered: oh it's hard to get one. And finally they asked for more than ONE THOUSAND dollar to fix it!! WTF! And I wanted my key back, they asked for $75 for the inspection!! It just feels like being robbed. If you don't wanna experience this like I had, never go to that place.
