Shoddy work! I got an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't even fully tighten the lugs on one of my tires. While running an errand after I retrieved my car, I kept hearing a clunk noise. I took off my hubcap and one of the lugs was sticking out! The tire was loose! Had I gone on the freeway I would've been in an accident. Careless work. They also told me I needed some work done on the car that I was told elsewhere was not needed. DON'T PATRONIZE. Unprofessional, shoddy work. There are better, more professional places in OB to bring your car.

They always call w/questions or if more work needed than agreed to.--I would recommend it.

Owner Don oversees the garage well, 1st man Doug always helpful--also to my son.
and later arrival may take till next day if more time needed.
Best advice is to get in there early--like 8-8:30 AM as they are busy place
