I normally shop at the full line store. This holiday I went to this store for about a thousand dollars worth of items for Christmas presents. Customer service was really great. Fantastic service would be a better way of saying what I was given. Ask for the store manager and was told she is always happy to talk to customers. As it is Christmas time and everyone was busy I was impressed.
Had a problem with a Item I purchased at Christmas. It was happily adjusted. I also bought more as they were running a really good sale. Bloomingdales made me happy.
