Our business card numbers were stolen and somehow used at Nordstrom for over $1,500 while we and our business is in Northern California. Nordstrom lied to our bank, said procedures were followed and they refused to cover it. It wasn't me or my wife in San Diego, That is for sure, so procedures were clearly not followed. They lied. We are pretty sure the checker was directly involved in this scam and Nordstrom is a corrupt company. I have never shopped there and I never will. You are a bad as the criminals that work for you. Shame on you. Please share!!!!!
Shopped with Jasmine today In the men's dept. Fashion Valley. She was a shining example of what customer service is to be. She not only represents Nordstrom in the greatest possible way, but makes her customer feel like they are the only one in the store. My mother who was treating me to some new threads could not stop talking about how great she was.
I love shopping at this Nordstrom. Very good customer service. The store itself is very nice, organized and has all my makeup line that I use. Love it!
