59th and Lex Café is amazing! You gotta try the Korean BBQ Wrap...to die for and make sure you get the ranch on the side. The service was just as good as the food.
Today I went in to exchange a pair of earrings I was going to wear in my wedding. The clasp broke removing them from the packaging so I figured it would be no issue to take them in and swap them out. The customer service was poor — they refused the exchange because they were no longer in “resellable condition”. I literally could not believe I went it with broken merchandise in hand and they refused to help me. Your money and customer satisfaction is a waste at this high-end store that denies customers their rights as a buyer.
