Good prices and helpful staff but hard to find a register to pay.
I like this Macy's... seems like they have more deals on the dresses, which is the only reason I come here. Less people and near work. Staff was nice and no waiting for a dressing room.
It isn't as big as Macy's usually are. The cashiers were slow and the store was disorganized. Very good location and easy to access.
Store was messy and disorganized. Ended up picking up a few sale items, but it took forever to find an open cash register.
What is happening to our Macy and this store?!!! All good people left Ray, Pam, Cydny. .. .we have been shopping for over 15 years at Horton Plaza and now I am sick of managment running the store ..today after expressing my complain to manager, she just stood there say nothing ...just did not do care ... prices are always wrong, have wrong tags, never can use coupon .... we cut our Macy' cards no more shopping for our family. I am sure they will close it down within few months with the way it is going.
