Very disorganized office, very uncommunicative MD. He might be good, but if he can't tell me or his staff what's going on, I can't take the chance. Took MRIs and refused to let me have copies to take to another MD, wouldn't take time to tell me what they showed & still billed me.
full voice mail box may be a compliment to the the demand of Dr Freeman, but does not help when there is no alternative. First impressions are EVERYTHING.
Dr. Roger Freeman is very caring, very gentle and gave me great advice. I was ready to schedule hip replacement surgery but he suggested that I was not quite ready and to push out the surgery for another 12 months or so. I really appreciate that he is not in a hurry to put me through major surgery if my hip is not quite ready. That and the fact that he found two fractures in my injured foot when I was told by the radiologist (that looked at the x-rays immediately following the injury), that there were no broken bones or fractures (!) is why I will be his patient for all my orthopedic needs. Way to go Dr. Freeman!
