Dr. Jackson was so short and brief. It felt like he had more important obligations than meeting with me. 1st appointment I shouldve requested a change of doctors. I went through with my tonsillectomy and they gave me an Rx that wasnt working for me and they did not want to give me the right one for me. Let alone they didnt want to prescribe anxiety meds when I was having anxiety attacks. Then I requested the right medication the office never called me to let me know to pick up my prescription form. This has been a horrible experience and Ive been in so much pain and the Dr. doesnt even care to check on his patients post-op. Horrible experience. Call other doctors.
Dr. Jackson is great! He never rushes you through an appointment, he listens to what you have to say. He knows what he is doing. I have been a patient of his for more than 5 years and his staff is wonderful.
