This office is the best! Needed a same day passport issued for my son. Despite many hurdles that needed to be overcome, the two people helping us were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely NICE. Ruben and Karina-the best ever. -Hands down, great office to go to for passport emergencies or other.
3. They will do walk in's ONLY if you are traveling within 2 weeks (YOU NEED PROOF WITH YOUR NAME ON IT. (showing by phone OK)) They can do same days if you got rejected by the airport.

We had international travel the next day and found out one of the kids passport was expired! Just on the morning before, I know it is terrible planning, expedited serviceis 2 weeks, could not get a phone or online appointment before 5 days, decided to walk in, was much stressed out and for sure thought we are missing the flight or need to re book it, but the good news is this is an amazing facility with incredible service, very helpful and understanding staff, gave us same day service, did the application around 11:30am and picked up renewed passport 3:30pm, max star rating for convenience and ease, ticket wait time was very reasonable in less than 45 min (for a walk in). 1. THIS IS AN APPOINTMENT ONLY FACILITY. Regardless of when you make your appointment, your appointment is good all day (until 2:30 pm). Do not rush to make your appointment time. (I would personally try to come in around noon)

Worst place ever. Stick to Los Angeles passport agency. They had me fill out three different applications and wait an hour for each. They then said my face was slightly tilted and I had to leave and take other passport pictures. Absurd. Worst experience of my life. 4 people screened my application and questions and no one could direct me appropriately. I spent my entire day trying to get my passport. Pathetic!
