Small office less crowded than most. Had bad experience with one employee (African American female) but great experience with another one (Caucasian male). WINDOW SERVICE NEEDS TO HAVE SOUND BUFFER SO YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS ARE NOT WITHIN EARSHOT OF ENTIRE WAITING ROOM.
Not friendly, and very rude when find out I am Deaf.
Horrible place with unsympathetic employees. They will deny and drag out your claim for SSDI disability for years hoping you will give up. When you confront them on this they will pass the blame on the DDS that they partner with and are in cahoots with. I wonder how many people have committed suicide or have died from illness while waiting for approval here and to receive medical. Don't know how the employees working here can sleep at night.
Spent $115 to wait 4 months for an earnings report so I can make my ends meet. BS I tell you
I received an email regarding my application for SS to begin this year (turning 70). I thought I would start it a month early, just for convenience sake and didn't know what my earnings record was. The email ask me to contact Ms. Zhen with a direct phone line. She picked up the call and we had a very good conversation. She told me that, by waiting to the month of my birthday, I would receive another $100 per month. Thank you!
I also called her later to discuss how to file for withholding on the payment. She directed me through it. NO COMPLAINTS!
Not pleasant experience, just disappointed.
