We tried to have this company help us with our move, which employs rude staff from the get go. After calling to schedule an in person meeting, we were set to have an appointment tomorrow, which their representative called all day Father's Day to pretty much cancel the appointment because they were too booked, not to mention the representative was rude because we returned his call while he was out to dinner. Sorry, but we are in the middle of packing, selling a house, and trying to locate a company that gives a damn about their customers. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT!!!
