I went to the store bought a chain and it broke and I told them about it and they said they were more than happy to exchange it no question ask. I really appreciate that. This is a really good store to go to.
They were nice and friendly, but the inner tube for back wheel deflated after a week. The wheel was put on wrong too so I'll just not go back.
Just had my stroller graco jogger stroller fixed by the nicest chill staff ever... $10 a tire is a great price my stroller is priceless
Do not go here. I tried to pay for a service and they told me to do it myself. I'm visiting and I don't have the space, tools, or clothes to get dirty in. They get a star because they were nice. I'm trying to support their business and in order for me to get my bike serviced I have to do most the work myself. I even called in advanced to tell them what I need done. I'm going to a bike shop downtown or somewhere else.
I went in to get my rear wheel aligned because it was wobbly. Turns out my axle was warped and had to get a new wheel. The owner showed me exatcly what was wrong with it. Best course of action was to get it replaced he explained, but it would take a couple of days to get the new wheel in. He went ahead and tighted the bolts so I could get back and forth from school before the new wheel came in. The new wheel came in earlier than expected and was fast to put it on at a reasonable price. I also got my bike lubricated and the gears tuned up, as well as installed a rear bike rack with no problems. If you live in the area, this is a go to bike shop, for reasonable prices and friendly staff! Rides like a dream guys!
