This is the 3rd time I've used this shop. Needless to say I'll be coming back if the need arises.
Let me start this off by saying my first visit there was absolutely amazing. Very friendly very knowledgeable very helpful. Bought a brand new bike and a basket. Got to ride it two times and had for a total of 4 days and one of the tires went bad. Brought it back in to get it fixed and they still charged me for replacing a tire. Stressed to the point that I just got this bike and it was nothing we did to the tire. But still had to spend the money to get it replace. The right thing would of just replaced it for free. He knew I was not happy about. Was very unhappy leaving and annoyed.
Just visited the shop for the first time. Staff is great and friendly. Definitely an easy going attitude with smiles all around. Highly recommended shop!
They did a perfect job at a price that was so reasonable I felt a little guilty paying the bill.
Bought a bike for great price and looked nice enough. First the sprocket had an issue causing chain to constantly fall off. They did replace free since very visible tooth sticking out. Then 2 weeks later chain broke. Went to have replaced and they charged me for it. Will not be buying next bike there.
On the way home I realized the bike also received an overall tune-up.
Walked right in. Found just about exactly what I was looking for. They immediately made a few minor modifications I wanted while I waited. 15 minutes I was done, and extremely happy with the price. Thanks
I just picked up my bike after having the rear gear cassette changed.
