About a week later I brought in my 29er for a brake adjustment. They did an excellent job on the brakes and even took the time to show me how to use a chain break tool and master link for on trail chain repairs.

Highly recommended if you're in the area and looking for good mountain bike rental or high-quality repairs!

staff there is great, they know their stuff about bikes. There are 4 things you can come here for 1) bikes 2) bike equipment and accessories 3) bike help and repair 4) epic memes

Great local bike shop with excellent service and knowledgeable mechanics!

I found it strange and different from what I'm used to so I leave and go to another bike shop. I ask the worker if people are allowed to take bikes out and see if they work for them. It's almost like he laughed at me for even asking that. Seriously. He said they want people to take them out. I told him what happened at the other bike shop and that's why I asked. He said he wouldn't even purchase a bike if he couldn't take it out first. I agree 100% with that. And with the Bike Shop at Del Sur NOT ALLOWING that, makes it easy to pass on major purchases with them for those Bike Shops that do allow it.

Staff seems friendly, like a lot of bike shops I visited. Looked to make a purchase or two, this being a local place, I wanted to check things out. With so many models and types we didn't know what to get. Being for teenagers, I am willing to let them see for themselves what they like. I shouldn't have been surprised by how they do things when I seen workers (two different days) follow us outside when taking a bike outside the door to move more.

Want there to buy some gems for clash royale, however they only sold bikes so I bought one anyways.

My friend was in from out of town and wanted to get in some mountain biking. These guys were able to rent him a really nice bike that day and get it all set up for him. We got in some really good trail riding that day thanks to them.

the shop is really helpful and would really recommend this place because of good staff, good service, and a good quality fix

The reason for the surprise and one star? The recent and last time going, one of my kids needed to see if a bike would work for him. I asked if a helmet was available. The worker said "no, just be careful". Okay. So I ask about taking the bike out so it they can ride it and not just outside the door. They said they don't do that, "The bike would be 'used'"(if they allowed that). I see his point. I guess I was just spoiled by all the other places I went to when looking for a bike for myself. Those places that wanted you to take the bike out before making a purchase. Those that knew you wouldn't know if a bike worked for you unless you actually went more than outside the door without a helmet and them standing outside the door watching you. What's something is it wasn't just that bike shop (one I really miss) that had you take a potential bike out. There was also a major chain, REI in that same place (they had a bike section with staff that just works on bikes) that allowed you to test the bikes. Both of the places I'm referring to, that ALLOW you to see if an EXPENSIVE bike works for you, even provided helmets. They had helmets for customers to use when testing bikes. One of the times, one of the expensive road bikes didn't have pedals on it. The workers actually put pedals on and checked that it was safe for me to take it out. Talk about great customer service.
