I needed to find another item and I saw a gentleman and that Lady chatting a few minutes later, I waited until the lady left and asked a gentleman who was named Craig where another item was he promptly took me to the item and showed me exactly where it was. I asked him if he knew the lady's name and he said it was Vicky and I said is she a supervisor or something because she seemed very busy. He said no she'd like to think she was. I asked him what her name was and he said it was Vicky.

Seeing as I live directly across the street from the Mission Valley Lowes, I frequent the store for home improvement needs at least once a week for the last few months. Recently I was at the store needing to have some wood cut back at the saw, so we pressed the request button as well as asked an employee to please notify anyone that could help us. Fifteen minutes later, and after contacting two employees and pushing the request button 4 times, we still couldn't get any assistance. Finally, after 15 minutes of waiting for help, a young man named Dana approached us and asked if we needed some wood cut. He said he was working completely across the store in the garden section, and kept hearing the request for a sawyer go off, and noticed that no one was responding. So he took it upon himself to walk clear across the store to help us. He was very helpful and extremely polite as well as professional. All in all, i was upset that it took so long to receive help, but Dana helped ease the difficult experience.

For my first time ever shopping in Lowe's it was awful. After searching for an item in a few aisles, I went looking for some help. Three ladies we're at the end of the aisle chatting, I kindly ask them where are certain product was? One of the ladies seemed interrupted by my presence and promptly pointed around the aisle that I was just in looking for this item. She said it's down on the right hand side. I ask if you could show me? she went down the aisle quite briskly and pointed to the items, " it was on the left hand side of the aisle" she said there it is and promptly turned away and went to leave. Has she left I apologize for interrupting her and said I hope" I wasn't too much bother". She seemed to have and kept walking

Horrible! Avoid for all appliance purchases with delivery. I purchased a range and microwave, they were allegedly in stock and would be delivered two days from the order date, On the delivery date, they called and said the range was no longer in stock but they could deliver the microwave. I told them to wait and I'd like to have both appliances at one. They said it would be two more days. A week passed, I heard nothing. I called and they said they had the stove and microwave and delivery was again set to the next day. That day they called and said the microwave was no longer in stock, I accepted delivery for the stove and they said the microwave would be there in two days, THREE WEEKS after the order was placed, after I said I was cancelling the microwave order, they said they had it and would deliver it. They delivered it and it was an open box item and could not be installed due to lack of hardware. I called them and said come and get it, they refused, so I had to lug the over the range microwave down there and return it. NEVER again. The appliances were for a rental property and every week that went buy, the tenant was credited for now have functional appliances. I told this to Lowe's multiple times, they could have cared less. Go to Best Buy, more expensive but competent.

Vicky left me with a very unfavorable experience for my first time in Lowe's.

Bob in tools went above and beyond helping me out at the Mission Valley store. I could not have asked for anything more. I needed a bracket and we could not find one to match so He made one for me! Not only that he made sure I had everything I needed to put it together! Great customer service from Bob in tools! Thank you!

So I came here to vent about Lowe’s complete lack of customer service, but it looks like I’m not the only one! I ordered a table on November 5th for a thanksgiving party; the table was supposed to arrive on the 13th. When I didn’t get a shipping email by the end of the week I called and was told that it would ship on the 13th and that they were having problems with their website and their ordering system. I called in the 14th and was told that they couldn’t find the tracking but would contact me when they did. 2 more calls from me later, since no one EVER calls back from Lowe’s, I get a tracking which says it would arrive in the 20th. So I call fedex on the 21st, who could not locate the package. I then called Lowe’s , and talked with Robert, ID #1752132, who said I should call my credit card company and get a charge back! I asked for his supervisor, and he flat out refused and said my only option was to call my credit card company and then hung up. So two weeks after I ordered the table, I’m heading to ikea to get a table on an emergency basis! Thank you #lowes!

    Bob in tools went above and beyond helping me out at the Mission Valley store. I could not have asked for anything more.
