Always easy! Employees are polite and helpful. I usually show up with half a clue then get schooling from the employees and a complete idea before I leave. Thank you home depot!
I've been shopping at this location for 7 years and in that time I've spent over $20,000 on Home Improvement projects. Average down I shop here about once a week. I know many of the employees that work here both past and present and many of them are helpful and make the best of things they tell me it's not an easy environment to work in because of the customers and their fellow employees can make life difficult. The store is very very busy and as a result things are a little bit messy. Unfortunately, there is high theft at this location so the store suffers from a bit of a siege mentality meaning that they feel like everyone is out to steal from them. The main reason I shop here is because I know a lot of the employees and it's the closest Home Depot to where I live so hopefully this gives you a feel for this location. So whether you are an employee here or a customer we all just have to make the best of things and most of the time I have a have a good shopping experience like today where I came away with a new Dewalt drill driver with 2 batteries and a charger for $99 that was in the Christmas special area.

I personally go here at least once a week. They have several selections of a multitude of things, but it's not as detailed as other locations I've visited. Their hand tools selection is a standard isle long which is enough for the average job, and has some specialty tools. Parking is always available and it's overall clean and well kept. Staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful towards me on several occasions
