I definitely have to recommend this place. Excellent service given by J.T and Rodrigo. I've been to many rental car companies before and these two gentleman have gone more than out of their way to help solve my needs. I was greeted upon my arrival and they seemed to sincerely care on my needs. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and even did a follow up call to make sure things were going well. I will use this service again
Good Experience two weeks in a row. Hertz is customer focused.
We were unaware that Hertz was not located at the airport. We specifically searched for an airport site so I feel this was misleading. As a result, we had to pay cab fare to get the car. The Hyundai was new and nice. However, the price of $700+, plus the cab fare of $40 was excessive. The GPS is a very old model that requires a lot of hands on by the driver or a passenger and barely works. I found it funny that a Hertz warning on the hands on nature of the GPS came up every time we used it. Obviously, they know it is a problem. I would not book Hertz unless you use AAA. Otherwise you will get completely ripped off. That was not just our opinion, but the opinion of the Hertz employee as well.
Could somebody answer the phone? Been calling for a while now. It's after 9 and not a holiday or Sunday.
Good experience, except we had to wait for our car to be available because we came about 30 minutes before we were scheduled to pick up. But other wise it was all good.
