The class of vehicle I requested was available, but it smelled a little strange and was the very basic model.
They had the best price by far. It was a great value.
Located a couple miles from the airport, the location was convenient for me. (I did not use their courtesy shuttle). I can see that being a problem for most airport travelers, though.
Was there to rent a car trying to put money on my card . The management was so rude . Said we crash there computers .mind me they was the one putting information in the computer . Because I was waiting for money said they would not work with us. I am not even them one star taking it back like they did us . Notice other people been treated rudely. Take my business elsewhere. Please folks don't spend time and money if you are treated badly

This place is affordable, but that's about it. I felt very uncomfortable renting from these guys, their customer service is atrocious. I felt like they were doing me a favor for even being there, like they were mad at me. Lol. If they had better customer service, I would've given them a 5. Try to smile instead of glare at us... it goes a long way....
I would rent from them again if the price was right.
Also, there is a limit to how many miles you can drive per day. So watch out for this.
I wanted to rent a car for one day only to go to Safari Park in San Diego from our hotel. I called Enterprise and they close at noon on Sat and are closed Sun.. And the key drop site if I rented was no where near hotel so I would have to find my way back. I wanted a car on Sat to return Sunday. So the desk clerk at the hotel recommended Pacific Rent-A-Car. I called them, they were open weekends. They picked us up at our hotel Saturday morning, had a car waiting for us and off we went. There was none of the insurance push that the big companies hassle you with. Had no trouble with the car. Took it back on Sunday and did not have to wait to be driven back to my hotel. The charge was exactly what they said it would be $29.99 a day plus tax. Everyone there was great. Polite, punctual and reliable
When I made the reservation, it indicated unlimited mileage. Upon check-out, Pacific indicated that I had only 100 miles per day as I was a "local" renter. This information was buried in the "fine print". Then, when cancelling the reservation, which I had not taken possession of the car, they charged me one day of rental, before I'd even rented. They could have easily sent me on my way without charging me 1 day of the rental, but chose not to. I won't be using these clowns again.
I had no problems returning the vehicle. The guy taking it back was really nice
